Connected accounts
If your organization has SSO configured, you'll see a "Connected to
- View when you last signed in via SSO.
- Disconnect (logs you out immediately).
For non-SSO accounts, this section shows social login providers you've linked (if your instance allows).
Password
Click Change password to set a new one. The form requires:
- Current password.
- New password (8+ chars, mixed case, at least one number).
- Confirm new password.
Changing your password does not log out other sessions, see Security & MFA for that.
Workspaces
A list of every workspace you belong to:
- Name, your role, joined date.
- Open (switches into it).
- Leave (with confirmation; not available if you're the sole owner).
Notifications preferences (summary)
A quick view of notification channels you have on. For full control, go to Settings → Notifications.
Account deletion
Account → Danger zone → Delete account. This:
- Removes you from every workspace you're a member of (transferring ownership if you're the sole owner of any workspace, you must do that first).
- Anonymises your identity in audit logs (your name becomes "Deleted user").
- Cannot be undone.
You're prompted to download a JSON export of your personal data before confirming.
Tips & gotchas
- Time zone drift. Your TZ here is for display; workflow schedules use the workspace TZ unless overridden per-trigger. Don't expect this setting to change anything in production behaviour.
- Email change requires admin help so audit trails stay intact.
- Leaving every workspace doesn't delete your account, you remain a Flero user with zero workspaces. To fully delete, use Delete account.
