Template gallery

/templates is the catalogue of pre-built workflows you can clone with one click.

Layout

  • Header, title and short description.
  • Search, by name, description, or tag.
  • Category filters, All / Communication / Data / Marketing / CRM / DevOps / Support / Finance / Operations / AI.
  • Difficulty filter, Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced.
  • Grid of template cards.

What's on a card

  • Template name, icon, short description.
  • Difficulty badge.
  • Required connectors, the services this template integrates with (e.g. "Slack, Webhook, Mailchimp"). If you don't have one set up, you'll be prompted to during cloning.
  • Node count, rough complexity indicator.
  • Use count, how many times this template has been cloned across all workspaces (popularity signal).
  • Author, Flero (for system templates) or a community contributor (for marketplace).
  • Use template button.

Searching

The search box matches against name, description, tags, and the connectors the template uses. Useful queries:

  • stripe, anything that integrates Stripe
  • approval, workflows that include human-in-the-loop steps
  • daily, scheduled workflows
  • ai, workflows using AI Agent nodes

Combine with category and difficulty filters to narrow further.

Preview

Hover a card for a longer description tooltip; click anywhere on the card (not the button) to open the full template detail page:

  • Full description.
  • Node graph preview (read-only canvas snapshot).
  • Field-by-field configuration the template uses.
  • Example input / output.
  • Reviews from other users (for marketplace templates).
  • Version history.
  • Use template primary button.

Filtering by what you've connected

Toggle Show only templates I can use (top-right of the gallery) to hide templates that need connectors you haven't set up. Reduces noise once you know what's installed.

Tips & gotchas

  • Use counts can be a vanity signal. A high count means popular but doesn't tell you whether the template fits your scenario. Read the description.
  • System templates are versioned. Reviews and use counts apply to the latest version.
  • Marketplace templates carry the contributor's reputation. Check the author and reviews for community-published templates.
  • Templates aren't sandboxed. They use real credentials and run for real once cloned and activated. Test before going live.
