Inviting members
Bring teammates into your workspace.

How to invite
- Settings โ Workspace โ Members (or the Invite member button at the top of the members list).
- Email address(es), one or more, comma-separated.
- Role, Admin / Editor / Viewer (Roles & permissions).
- Personal message, optional. Included in the invite email.
- Send invite.
Flero emails each recipient a link of the form /invite/<token>. The link is valid for 7 days.
What the recipient experiences
- They get an email: "You've been invited to join
<Workspace>on Flero" with a button. - Clicking the link takes them to
/invite/<token>. - If they're not signed up, they create an account first (or log in if they already have one).
- They click Accept invite.
- They're added to the workspace with the role you specified.
Pending invites
Members list shows pending invites alongside active members, with status Invited and a Resend / Revoke action.
- Resend, generates a fresh email with the same token (or a new token if the old one expired).
- Revoke, invalidates the token. The recipient can no longer accept.
Removing members
Members list โ row โ Remove from workspace.
- The user loses access to the workspace immediately.
- Their Personal credentials in this workspace are deactivated.
- Workflows they own remain (ownership transfers to the workspace as a whole, or you can re-assign).
- Their identity remains in audit logs.
Removal does not delete their Flero account, they may still be members of other workspaces.
Bulk import
For large team rollouts, Members โ Bulk invite accepts a CSV with columns email, role. Up to 500 invites per file.
Changing a member's role
Members list โ row โ Change role. Role changes take effect immediately. The user is notified.
Tips & gotchas
- Default role for new invites is settable in workspace settings, pick Viewer for the safer default.
- Email domain matching. On enterprise plans, you can restrict invitable email domains (e.g. only
@acme.com). Useful for stopping accidental external invites. - Invite tokens are single-use. If a recipient clicks twice, the second click says "already accepted".
- Pending invites count against your member quota for billing purposes on some plans.
